boo! im home at last! i love my bed! touched down at 1030pm. Taiwan was FUN but TIRING. my tour package was hehee weird. 36 pple in my tour grp. 2 large families. mine- 18 pple. lee family-16 pple. 1 couple.

went round the entire border of taiwan in 8 days. Singapore-Taipei-Yilan-Hualien-Taitung-Kenting-Kaohsiung- Nantou-Hsinchu-Taoyuan-Taipei-Singapore. 8 days 7 different hotels. everyday pack. everyday change hotel. everyday morning call at 6am, leave at 730am. supersuper tired.

but it's really really fun!

FOOD
If you go Taiwan Shihlin Night Market, PLSPLSPLS try the fried chicken chop. it's like bigger than a badminton racket. and for only s$2. then there's tang yuan and cong you bing. and mango ice.
But the best market is Lee Ho Night Market! tried 12 dishes. crab leg- fried squid- hot dog- fried chicken pieces- coffin bread- peanut soup- papaya milk- bitter gourd honey- ai yu bing- da zai noodles- dumplings- sushi. haha
Then got ding tai feng! better than ding tai feng in Singapore. especially the xiao long bao and fried rice.
I love Taiwan FRUITS! their grapes taste like red wine. and they use milk to grow fruits like strawberries, pears and mangos!
I love Taiwan RICE. better than japanese ones!

Time to do some exercise. heheee. the last hotel provided a weighing machine and my dad gained 3kg.

Formosan Aboriginal Cultural Village
Dont get fooled by the name. it's like 10 times better than escape theme park. and no queue! so i took the mini roller coaster 3 times. and the water ride 3 times. mega roller coaster once. heheee. the mega roller coaster was like super scary. 360 degrees turn. and once you get off, you cant stand straight. heheee

scenery's great at Kaohsiung Love River and Taroko Gorge and Sun Moon Lake and Fo Kuan Shan and Sail Rock and this lighthouse. beautiful mountains. skyline. trees and forests. (:

horse riding at chulu ranch. and trying fresh milk ice-cream.

Then trying the mountain train. and taipei bullet train.

Then Kenting beach resort with room twice that of my parents'. with bowling and golf. and a beautiful beach to see sunrise.

and soaking in the hot springs. so shiok!

and taipei 101 and a weird restaurant called 5 cents on a wooden plank.

and fortune telling. the teller said that im a nu qiang ren. a strong career woman. but i might meet with a car accident or something. aiyah rubbish lah. cos right after saying that, she asked me to buy this jade thing for s$800.

how to read your fortune?
1. count the number of strokes in each of the last two words of your chinese name. in old chinese. like my kai is 12. then wen is 4.
2. if you get a 0. like 10, 20, 30, 40. it's terrible luck. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE
3. if you get a 4 or 9. then it's good luck.
4. if letters add up to 13. you are in GREAT LUCK
5. if letters add up to 16. car accident etc. (RUBBISH)
6. and more numbers....

and im such a lucky gal! i was one of the 5 lucky ones whose economy ticket got upgraded to business class without additional cost! cos the agency made a mistake. lovely pannacotta!

and fyi there's lots of hot babes in Taiwan. really super pretty. i mean really really pretty. hheeheee. esp ding tai feng ones with mini skirts. according to my sick cousin.

and i bought feng li su for everyone! must eat in 2 weeks' time, k? cos it's fresh from the oven. hope to pass them to you asap. heehee. cos im leaving singapore soon! yah again.
